Frequently Asked Questions

Please reach us at sales@wickedgoodbostontours.com if you cannot find an answer to your question.

These are WALKING tours, and cover uneven terrain including cobblestones and hills. Please wear comfortable shoes, and dress appropriately for the weather. Bring water!

The tours are not wheelchair accessible due to the cobblestones, uneven terrain, and stairs. The tours are stroller accessible (Rebels and Red Coats does have a few stairs but we will assist you.)

We are SO happy to create a custom tour for you at no additional charge. Please email sales@wickedgoodbostontours.com so we can work together.

Tours require at least 2 guests to run, and most of our tours have a 20 guest maximum (Rebels and Red Coats has a 15 guest maximum.)

We offer no hassle, full refund cancellations or rescheduling up to 24 hours before your tour starts. Please email sales@wickedgoodbostontours or call/text 617-762-6190

There are public bathrooms available at Fanueil Hall when they are open. The Boston After Dark tour has a built in bathroom break as needed.

Please arrive at least 5 minutes before the start of your tour so that we have time to get everyone checked in.

While we try not to cancel tours, your safety and enjoyment is our number one priority. If conditions are unsafe or too unpleasant (heavy rain, snow, icy walkways) we will cancel the tour with as much notice as possible. Rescheduling or refunds will be offered.

The exact location of your tour start will be in your confirmation email. Your guide will be wearing a shirt with the tour name/logo on it, or a tour themed costume.

  • The Boston After Dark tour meets at the Bill Russell statue next to the Rainbow Boston sign in City Hall Plaza.
  • The Spirits Of The Dead tour meets in front of the Crocs store in the Faneuil Hall Marketplace.

Gratuities are very welcome, though of course, not required. Our guides accept cash and Venmo.
